Please contact us via phone or email if you decide to return/exchange a product. If you are not 100% satisfied with your order, you have 14 days to return it for a full refund to your original payment method. Please read below to properly proceed with a return/exchange. The 14 days start on the date your order was delivered.

For whichever reason you are not satisfied, please feel free to contact us and express why! This will help us better assist you and help us improve!

Return or Exchange

 1: Make sure to contact us via phone or email first in order to start your return or exchange process.

 2: Product must be in original condition (unless it was received damaged).

 3: Include your order number and/or name on your returned package for faster processing.

 4: Properly ship out to the Return Address provided above.

Damages or Issues

Please inspect your order upon its delivery, and contact us immediately if the item is incorrect, damaged, defective, or not up to standard. We want to make sure you are fully satisfied and receive the quality you deserve. We will assist you immediately and make things right!

What else?

 You may return your purchase to us up to 14 days from the receipt date.

 Products must be in proper condition (unless it was received damaged).

 Once we receive your return, it will be checked by our team (within 24 hours of receipt). Your refund will be processed and reflect on your original payment method within 5-7 business days, if not sooner. If you do not receive by then, please contact us.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations are possible after an order has been placed. We understand sometimes mistakes occur or you may simply change your mind. To proceed with a cancellation, kindly  contact us and provide us your order information no later than 2 days after your order placement. This will allow us to properly cancel your order and provide a full refund back to your original payment method.
